30-Day Workmanship Support Policy

Effective August 27, 2026

Team DeLacy PC Builds provides limited workmanship support for the labor we perform. This support lasts for 30 calendar days beginning on the documented date the completed system or serviced equipment is picked up or handed back to the customer.

What this support covers

If a problem is reasonably connected to the workmanship in the written service scope, we will inspect it and, when appropriate, correct that workmanship without an additional labor charge. Examples may include an installation, connection, cable-routing, mounting, or agreed configuration issue caused by our service.

What this support does not cover

  • Defective, incompatible, counterfeit, damaged, or failing customer-supplied hardware
  • Retailer or manufacturer warranty claims, return windows, shipping costs, or replacement-part costs
  • Problems outside the written service scope or unrelated to the completed labor
  • Damage, changes, disassembly, software changes, overclocking, malware, misuse, accidents, power events, liquid exposure, or work performed by someone else after handoff
  • Data loss, data recovery, account access, or activation-license costs
  • Normal software updates, game-specific behavior, internet or network conditions, and later driver or operating-system conflicts not caused by our work

How to request support

  1. Contact teamdelacy@gmail.com within the 30-day period.
  2. Include your name, service date, a clear description of the issue, when it began, and any relevant photos or error messages. Do not send passwords or other sensitive credentials.
  3. Allow us a reasonable opportunity to inspect the system by appointment before another person alters or repairs it.

Inspection and remedy

We will compare the reported issue with the documented service scope and intake or handoff records. If covered workmanship is the cause, the primary remedy is correction of that workmanship. Replacement hardware, retailer or manufacturer claims, refunds, or compensation are not automatic. Any refund or other remedy, if appropriate, is governed by the Cancellations, Refunds & Service Policy and applicable law.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service. It does not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
